Are you not able to get your pills organised into morning, night etc., packets so you don't have to. My husband has his organised by the chemist.
ReplyDeleteNo, I do it myself - three 7-day boxes,each day divided into four (breakfast, lunch, dinner, last thing).The four boxes are colour-coded: red for cancer meds, blue for non-cancer ones like statins, green for supplements. It's a bit complicated but better than the very flimsy plastic boxes we once got the pharnacy to provide
