Another decent night's sleep followed by a rather dozy day. This sleepiness is getting rather more than I'm happy about, even though it can be explained by len & dex on the one hand and sleep apnoea on the other. Just waiting for that CPAP machine...
Was way behind my activity target at dinner but made up for it with boules at Birchanger. I'm still surprised by how much distance you cover with all that walking up and down the piste. Played one game with the very French Herve against a couple of good Birchanger regulars and won 13-3. The sand was slightly damp and very sticky, most frustrating having to wipe the balls down after every end. The USB handwarmer and heated gloves are doing a good job of stopping the splits from getting any worse but they haven't yet been challenged by any really cold weather.
A couple of interesting posts on the facebook group about people having trouble with Len & Dex, particularly including fatigue and daytime sleepiness. Good to know that other people have similar problems, although their len/dex issues are often much worse than mine, and to be reminded that both are potent drugs which are going to have an impact...
No mini-rashes today, finger and thumb splits are there but not getting any worse.
